الملخص

The Reform and development of private sector  is of great importance, because of the lack of public sector efficiency in the exploitation of economic resources optimally. As well as, the emergence of the manifestations of financial and administrative corruption in most administrative loops and emptying the economic development  process from its actual content Hence, the desire towards the construction and development of the private sector, which is the locomotive for the growth and economic stability. The research aims to develop the private sector's contribution in GDP,and  infrastructure, to maximize the ability of the national economy to meet the needs of different productive activities and meet the high volume of domestic consumption and employment  effectively divides, and to supply the general budget of the state, in order to achieve the  economic development. The research into four sections. The  first Section  identifies  the private sector in Iraq ( its concept, the importance ,  and development. second section is  about the private sector between hope and reality, and the third section measuring the contribution of the private sector in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). While the fourth section predate the future vision for private sector development of futuristic visions of building and development the private in Iraq.
