Strategic alignment and its role in achieving organizational sustainability

The current research aims to know the extent of the impact of strategic alignment with its dimensions (communication, governance, participation, infrastructure, skills) as an explanatory variable in organizational sustainability with its dimensions (creativity, commitment, empowerment, cooperation) as a responsive variable to reach appropriate mechanisms that enable Al-Mustansiriya University By exploiting the strategic alignment in achieving its organizational sustainability, and based on the importance of the subject of study in government organizations, realistic perspectives that simulate strategic and organizational thought were reviewed.
