The research aims to shed light on the topic of financial agility, which rose to prominence after a series of changes that struck the business environment characterized by rapid change. Some companies adapted and adapted to those changes and sailed in a sea of intense competition to find a position in the markets, and some of them found themselves on the shores of Competition has a place to be characterized by faltering as a result of the challenges that the business environment presents in terms of opportunities and threats. In light of those challenges, financial agility has emerged, which is considered the tool used to keep up with opportunities and threats, exploiting opportunities and transforming challenges into opportunities to serve as a competitive advantage that distinguishes companies. Companies must dispense with static financial management and adopt agile financial management to enable companies to harmonize with the dynamism of the business environment in general and the financial environment in particular and maintain their position in the market. Financial agility came as a means to reach financial sustainability, which represents the company’s title in the field of financial transactions in order to maintain On its financial resources and capabilities and to support its financial entity in facing the challenges arising from the business environment in terms of opportunities and threats. In its formation and achieving its objectives, the research was based on a group of 10 Iraqi and Kuwaiti industrial companies, and the research also covered a period of 5 years extending from 2017 to 2021, and in order to achieve the research goal of the ability of financially agile companies to achieve financial sustainability in light of the dynamism of the business environment in general. And the financial environment in particular, and to prove the hypotheses on which the researcher relied in solving the research problem, he relied on the quantitative analysis approach represented by financial analysis to shed light on what is behind the numbers to know their secrets and secrets to determine the strengths and weaknesses of companies.
