The role of green human resources management in enhancing organizational excellence: An analytical study in the People's Municipality Department

Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of green human resource management represented by its five practices (analysis and design of green jobs, green recruitment, training and development green, management and evaluation of green performance, and green compensation) in promoting organizational excellence. A site to conduct the research by applying some green human resources management practices in a way that contributes to enhancing its organizational excellence as a result of the lack of awareness of the importance of these practices.                           

The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data that was distributed to an intentional sample of (30) respondents represented by (the director general of the department, his assistants, department managers and people's officials). and effect), and five sub-hypotheses emanated from each of them, and to measure the level of the responses of the researched sample and test the research hypotheses, a set of statistical methods were adopted, including: the weighted arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the simple linear regression coefficient, through the application of the statistical program (SPSS V.25) .

A set of results has been reached, the most important of which is the existence of a significant impact of green human resources management in enhancing the organizational excellence of the department under study
