The study aims to demonstrate the role of strategic thinking in achieving organizational creativity, and to achieve this goal in the current study, the research problem was formulated by raising questions, the most prominent of which was the interest of the National International Hospital administration in strategic thinking in order to achieve organizational creativity. One who is able to think in order to reach organizational creativity, and one of the most important objectives of the research is to identify the nature, nature, and importance of strategic thinking for the hospital. (50) individuals consisting of the medical and administrative staff in the hospital, and one of the most important conclusions reached by the research is that there is a relationship and a strong influence between strategic thinking and organizational creativity in general, except for organizational and hypothetical thinking with the spirit of risk-taking at the sub-level. The study also concluded the necessity of increasing interest in organizational and hypothetical thinking and linking it with the spirit of risk in order to increase organizational creativity, and this comes from increasing the confidence and understanding of senior management with its medical and administrative staff in order to remove the fear and risk generated by them, which will be reflected positively on the work of the hospital.
