Management efficiency and its role in identifying banking crises An applied study of a sample of Iraqi private commercial banks for the period (2018-2022)

Abstract

Management represents an important and pivotal role in the management of the organization, especially if that administration possesses insight that qualifies it to stand in the face of the crisis and its consequences, as many specialists believe that the success of the organization is from the success of its leaders, and its failure from their failure, so the study aimed to identify the role that good management plays in Facing crises within institutions and the concepts related to the concept of good governance and identifying the components that fall under this concept, which helps to clarify the relationship between management and the success of the institution. The search was applied on the basis that the study will link between good governance and its role in reducing the impact of crises. Finance, and then the nature of the subject necessitates addressing the study of the role of management in crisis management without specifying the type of risk. The Central Bank of Iraq conducted a number of surveys to know the risk management practices of commercial banks in order to make it possible to know the expected impact that may result when applying the new standards.
