The study aimed to identify the role of the tax on inclusive growth in the Iraqi economy, in light of the rule of the fallout effect of the fruits of economic growth , This required an analysis of the most important basic performance indicators for both tax and inclusive growth in Iraq for the purpose of determining the relationship between them and the general trend. Using the deductive approach, which provides tools for diagnosing the Iraqi reality in light of the propositions of economic theory. The study concluded with the conclusion that the role of taxation in achieving inclusive growth is limited, resulting in the development impact of the country because of the decline in employment rates. Productivity has not witnessed the desired improvement with its concentration in public sector jobs, and unemployment rates are still at high levels, in addition to the decline in indicators of the education and health sectors, and the failure of the index. Justice is about achieving inclusive growth; The study recommended the necessity of increasing the tax bases that support the tax base in order to achieve inclusive growth equally for all members of society.
