Social Insurance Liability Programmes in Iraq Between Actual Reality and Future Vision

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the real social insurance in Iraq compared to the expected visions. It faces the challenges facing this type of insurance, and the importance of its role in the exclusive economic and social deficit. It reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the insurance program for car accident responsibilities in Iraq is efficient for the welfare of society due to the low level of ethics and behavioral problems in it.
