Abstract

In an era where economic challenges are rapidly increasing, black marketing represents a major obstacle to economic progress through unethical and illegal marketing practices that hinder economic development. These practices rely on fraud and manipulation, driven by several factors including the lack of regulation, the desire to evade taxes and customs duties, lack of awareness, as well as economic crises and the pursuit of quick and substantial profits. These unlawful methods negatively affect fair competition, legal markets, and customer trust threatening the economy and increasing unemployment. Therefore, addressing and confronting these practices is essential through raising awareness about the risks of such activities, promoting the quality of original products, strengthening government oversight, and enforcing penalties on offenders to achieve a more sustainable economy.
