Abstract

Corruption is an ancient phenomenon and one of the most prominent and significant problems of high risk that can threaten the stability and security of the state and society, exposing social, economic, and political development to danger. No matter how many causes and components, the results pour into one pot, which is a waste of the material, financial and economic resources of society. This waste has direct and indirect effects depending on the differences in the political, economic and social fabric of each country. Anyone who follows this disease confirms its existence at all times and places. Still, its extent has expanded in recent years, especially in developing countries, which has prompted researchers with different approaches to research its causes, economic effects, and methods of treatment.
