Abstract

This study aimed to uncover the relationship between virtuous leadership as an independent variable with its sub-dimensions (courage, justice, and wisdom) and perceived organizational support as a dependent variable, by applying it to the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad, First Rusafa. The study problem revolved around a primary question: Is there an impact of virtuous leadership and perceived organizational support in the directorate?To achieve the study's objective, a descriptive-analytical approach was used. A questionnaire was used to collect data and information. A random sample of employees in the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad, First Rusafa, was selected as the research field. A questionnaire was completed comprising 60 participants. The SBSS program was used.The study reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which was (the existence of a significant influence of virtuous leadership on perceived organizational support).The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including (further strengthening virtuous leadership, as it represents the most powerful competitive weapon by investing in courage, justice, and wisdom to manage the General Directorate of Education in First Rusafa.1
