Abstract

    The current research aims to know and determine the nature of the relationship between strategic awareness as an independent research variable and digital literacy as a dependent variable, and to know which dimensions of strategic awareness have the highest impact on digital literacy. The Iraqi General Insurance Company was chosen as the research community, and the total statistical community size was 510, while the sample size was 60 employees who were selected randomly. 60 questionnaires were distributed to the sample members, and 53 questionnaires were retrieved, while those valid for statistical analysis were 50 questionnaires, and they were analyzed using the statistical program (SmartPLS) and(SPSS V.23). The study reached a set of results, including the existence of a significant impact of strategic awareness on digital illiteracy, and that the dimension of future strategic awareness is one of the dimensions of strategic awareness that has the most impact on digital illiteracy. The most important recommendation of this study is to pay attention to the research variables by disseminating their concepts among managers and employees and clarifying the extent of their impact on the company's performance, and diagnosing the most important challenges and obstacles in applying these concepts in the company's work, under the management of technical and administrative specialists in this field of insurance who can manage dialogue and negotiation in a way that contributes to consolidating these concepts and enhancing knowledge in preparation for their application by the relevant parties.
