This research deals with the impact of artificial intelligence in its three dimensions (training and development, suitability, effectiveness) in simplifying procedures in its five dimensions (modernity of procedures, clarity of procedures, short procedures, availability of required information and means, simplicity of used forms) within the Najaf Passports Directorate. The relationship between artificial intelligence as an independent variable and simplification of procedures as a dependent variable was tested. The research explores how artificial intelligence techniques work to enhance operational efficiency, reduce processing time, and improve accuracy in administrative tasks. The hypothesis of the effect was formulated. There is a significant impact of artificial intelligence in simplifying procedures in its dimensions. The descriptive analytical research approach was adopted to interpret the relationship and impact between the study variables. By collecting data from (55) employees. The statistical analysis was carried out based on the statistical software package (SPSS V 26.0) and Smart-PLS. The results indicate that artificial intelligence applications contribute significantly to improving passport issuance processes, increasing citizen satisfaction, and reducing human errors. The study concludes with recommendations for further integration of artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of public service.
