The Role of Creative Leadership Dimensions in Achieving Organizational Success: An Exploratory Study in Asia Cell Communications Company in Iraq

This research aimed to reveal the degree of availability of creative leadership dimensions (sensitivity to problems, initiative, and perseverance) among individuals working in Asia Cell Communications Company, to identify the level of organizational success among employees, and to reveal the extent of the existence of a correlation between the degree of availability of creative leadership dimensions among individuals working in Asia Cell Communications Company and the level of organizational success. Asia Cell Company was taken as a study community, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, with the use of the SPSS program to analyze data through the electronic form as a tool for collecting data. The selected sample amounted to 195 workers in the company under study. The research found a correlation with a statistically significant level at a significance level of (α≥0.05) between the degree of availability of creative leadership dimensions among individuals working in the company and the level of organizational success of the company according to the individuals' point of view. Creative leadership among individuals working in the company and the level of organizational success of the school are attributed to the variable of years of service, as the value of the significance level in the one-way variance test (ANOVA for independent samples) was significant at a level of (α≥0.05). Finally, the researchers recommend that the company's management organize Training courses for individuals to introduce them to creative leadership and its applications in the field of work, and the company’s senior management improving the work environment and preparing it to respond to creative leadership and accept change and achieve the best, and the necessity for senior management to follow up on the changes that occur to individuals to ensure the provision of distinguished services, and work to achieve organizational success.
