The research seeks to demonstrate the role of continuous improvement in achieving organizational commitment through a survey study in the General Directorate of Education in Karkh I. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the questionnaire form was used as a tool for collecting data. (60) forms were distributed to a sample of working individuals. In order to analyze the data, a set of statistical methods were used. The research concluded that there is a correlation and a significant impact between continuous improvement and organizational commitment at the level of the organization under study. The research suggests that the organization under study compare the achieved goals with the plans set for the continuous improvement process.
