The Role of Lean Production in Achieving Sustainable Entrepreneurship An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees at Noor Al-Kafeel Food Products Company, Karbala Governorate Branch

Abstract

The world today is witnessing radical transformations in production methods with the aim of enhancing efficiency and ensuring sustainability, which makes the adoption of lean production methodologies a pivotal tool in supporting sustainable entrepreneurship. This research aims to explore the impact of lean production in its various dimensions (operational flexibility, waste reduction, manufacturing innovation, and resource management) on achieving sustainable entrepreneurship in its multiple dimensions (orientation towards sustainability, sustainable innovation, generating shared value, and corporate social responsibility). The research was conducted on Noor Al Kafeel Food Products Company using a questionnaire to collect data from employees, where the results were analyzed to test the relationship between lean production and sustainable entrepreneurship. The results showed a significant impact of lean production in achieving sustainable entrepreneurship, reflecting the company's commitment to adopting innovative production practices that support sustainability and enhance the innovation capabilities of its staff.
