The research aims to identify the factors that affect the acceptance of faculty members at the College of Administration and Economics / Al-Mustansiriya University of the Bologna Process system. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology was adopted, which includes four elements: (expected performance, expected effort, social influence, and available facilities). The field research method was also adopted. The research community was the College of Administration and Economics. The intentional sample was the users of the Bologna Process system from faculty members of the first-stage subjects. The electronic questionnaire was used to collect data, and 42 valid answers were collected for analysis. A number of statistical methods were used to analyze the information, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and simple linear deviation. One of the most prominent conclusions is the existence of a trend by the college to fully support the adoption of the system and its use in the educational process. The most important recommendations are the necessity of preparing intensive training programs and guidance manuals that help understand the ambiguous steps and facilitate the method of implementing the system requirements.
