The research problem was identified through the existence of a defect and weakness in the organization under study in the procedures for determining training needs at the specified and appropriate time due to the low level of human resources skills, which in turn leads to weakness in the quality and quantity of options for determining those needs. The importance of the research lies in spreading the culture of adopting digital skills within the organization for its employees to raise their practical capabilities at work. The aim of the research is to verify knowledge of the level of training programs adopted in the organization under study and the extent of using modern and smart methods to develop skills for trainees. In order to achieve the research goal, a hypothetical plan was designed that determines the nature of the relationship and influence between digital skills as an independent variable and building smart options for training needs as a dependent variable (respondent). Two main hypotheses were formulated, and sub-hypotheses were derived from them and tested using advanced statistical methods within the ready statistical program (SPSS version 25). A random sample of (60) individuals was selected from the general manager and his assistants, department managers, heads of divisions and administrative units. Their opinions were surveyed according to the performance of the questionnaire for this purpose. The research reached the most prominent conclusions, the most important of which were: The research results showed a lack of sufficient interest by managers in senior and middle management in preparing infrastructure in terms of digital devices and equipment and digital media and training their employees to use these digital devices. The research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: - Managers of senior and middle management in the organization under study must focus on building smart options for training needs and motivating trainees to be creative and innovative and to be prepared to apply smart and innovative ideas in their field of work, as this is positively reflected in raising the level of performance of the organization under study.
