The individual is the fundamental element in any society and the cornerstone of its development. As such, the individual is the key to achieving comprehensive human development. Human development focuses on empowering individuals to realize their potential and positively influence their surroundings, thereby contributing to long-term sustainability amidst contemporary economic, social, and environmental challenges, The only absolute truth in this universe is that every person possesses a vast array of energies, skills, abilities, and both innate and acquired characteristics. It is therefore essential to identify and utilize these assets, particularly in scientific, practical, and professional domains. Since the dawn of creation, conscious individuals have sought ways and mechanisms to express their capabilities as a means for personal and communal growth, eventually extending their influence to the environment and nature,Throughout history and across civilizations, regardless of time and place, scholars and philosophers have endeavored to uncover the internal capacities of individuals and to devise methods for optimizing their use through available means. Even divine laws have placed significant emphasis on this matter, addressing it with comprehensive universal principles.
