This research aimed to analyze the impact of digital organizational agility on achieving digital inclusion through a case study at Almuraba Software Solutions Company, given the accelerating digital transformation within software companies. The study adopted a quantitative applied methodology, relying on actual operational data extracted from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, digital platform usage reports, training records, and technical support and software development reports, without relying on questionnaires or cognitive tools. Digital organizational agility was measured through the dimensions of digital innovation, technological self-efficacy, strategic use of technology, and digital adaptation, while digital inclusion was measured through the dimensions of digital access, actual use, digital skills, and quality of use and empowerment. The results showed a statistically significant positive impact of digital organizational agility on achieving digital inclusion, with the dimensions of digital innovation and strategic use of technology demonstrating the strongest impact. The study concluded that relying on internal operational data contributes to providing a more accurate and objective measurement of causal relationships, supports strategic decisions, and promotes the achievement of sustainable digital inclusion within software companies.
