Abstract

This applied study aimed to demonstrate the role of digital transformation in developing administrative strategies in higher education institutions, through a case study at Warith Al-Anbiya University. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach supported by applied research, relying on the analysis of strategic plans and digital reports issued by the Computer Center, in addition to interviews with administrative leaders. The results showed a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of digital transformation, namely, business models, digital culture, and leadership on the development of administrative strategies. These dimensions contributed to improving the efficiency of strategic planning, enhancing the speed and accuracy of decision-making, and increasing integration among administrative units. The results also indicated that digital culture and leadership are the most influential factors in the success and sustainability of digital transformation. The study concludes that digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for improving administrative performance and achieving organizational flexibility in universities, and recommends strengthening investment in digital capabilities and establishing a digital culture and effective leadership to achieve sustainable strategic development.
