This study focused on analyzing the impact of the characteristics of the pioneering behavior of senior management on the performance of the banking organization represented by (creativity, proactivity, investing opportunities, strategic vision, adopting risk) and clarifying the role of investing opportunities and adopting risk in banking performance, according to four indicators of banking performance (adequacy indicator Capital, profitability indicator, liquidity indicator, and activity indicator) in achieving entrepreneurship in banks. The SPSS statistician for the purpose of analysis, the research was chosen for a sample of Iraqi banks listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for a period of time. (2015-2019)
