Abstract

Climate change has become a reality and it represents one of the biggest challenges facing societies and governments, and the global economy faces a state of uncertainty and uncertainty related to the future that cannot be ignored or surpassed without costs, because climate change threatens the global economy and threatens capabilities and threatens human groups and their economic security. Countries, international organizations and institutions have tried to pay more attention to this issue, and they have become a major source of economic and political summits.

This interest and addressing climate change issues in recent years stimulated the trends towards environmentally friendly investments to become the most developed and developed direction, and international financial institutions and multilateral banks have begun to produce financial tools to provide the resources necessary to meet and mitigate the negative effects of climate shocks.

Green bonds represent one of these modern financial products, which has received increasing attention in recent years in order to provide the necessary resources to adapt to the climate and mitigate its negative effects.
