Abstract

The research dealt with the implications of the digital economy on the effectiveness and sustainability of labor markets in Iraq, as an expression of a contemporary vision of the digital economy and its impact on providing decent job opportunities and its role in promoting the spirit of creativity and innovation. The research is based on the hypothesis that digital is a great historical opportunity if it is adopted in the Iraqi labor markets.
