In contrast, the rest of the economic sectors are characterised by backwardness and a decline in their economic performance due to the political and economic conditions and the unstable conditions that Iraq has experienced, so The state must adopt a group of economic reforms to address the problems experienced by the economic sectors by using oil revenues to finance the economic sector and improve the Iraqi economy.
