International Scientific Conference: Good leadership and sustainable development are the path to Iraqi economic reform

Abstract

The transition to digitalization will reshape economic and social structures. The digital economy that many countries of the world are witnessing is very promising for innovation, increasing efficiency, and improving services in all economic sectors. So digitization has become a necessary condition for comprehensive, sustainable, and general growth.

    The study took a look at the reality of digital change in Arab countries by tracking their plans and strategies to promote digital change. The difficulties and challenges facing Arab countries to achieve their total digital reports or improve the digital census in priority sectors. The study led to the need to carry out integrated economic reforms by creating basic principles that constitute the principle of sustainability and scientific competition in order to strengthen the economy and enter the digital phase.
