The Role Of Private Commercial Banks In Promoting Financial Inclusion In Iraq For The Period (2010-2020)

Abstract

Financial Inclusion has been one of the important and strategic goal of the financial organizations and central Banks all over the world. Iraqi central Bank (CBI) has emphasized his efforts to inhance the Financial Inclusion in Iraq for its importance on the economic growth, sustainable development and economic stability .For this reason, (CBI) has issued many economic and financial initiatives for offering the financial credits to Iraqi people. This paper aimed to measure and analysis the different Financial Inclusion Indicators during the period of (2010-2021).

The results show low levels of all financial inclusion indicators with negative annual compound growth for the same period.
