A researcher relied on a global scale, the Global Government Artificial Intelligence Readiness Index for 2024, which raises the following question, which expresses the current research problem: What is the readiness of successive Iraqi governments to apply the concepts of artificial intelligence in the provision of public services? By answering this question, we aim to provide a practical tool that supports evidence-based decision-making and helps policymakers unleash the potential of AI to better serve citizens in Iraq. British Advisory Group under consideration is that the number of new AI strategies has decreased, but the picture has become more diverse, as low- and low-middle-income economies have increasingly formalized their AI vision. In 2024, the number of strategies has increased, but this picture continues to become more diverse. In 2024, 12 new AI strategies were published or announced – triple the number seen in 2023. Notably, more than half of these strategies come from low- and low-income middle-income countries, demonstrating growing momentum among economies that have historically lagged in AI governance. For example, Ethiopia became the second low-income country to launch a strategy, following Rwanda's achievement in 2023. According to published data, Iraq ranks 13th in the group of Middle East and North Africa countries, with a total score of 40.91 out of 19 countries for the year 2024
