The Kurdistan Regional Government announced the implementation of the policy of financial austerity through the implementation of the compulsory savings program, which negatively affected the living situation of the segment of employees, especially the lower grades, whose salaries barely cover the livelihood of their families, that this problem showed the need to study the analysis of the relationship between this program and achieving The goal of poverty eradication for sustainable development in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq, where the results indicated that the goal of poverty eradication for sustainable development among public sector employees in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq declined as a result of compulsory saving and the continued delay in salary distribution. Presenting poverty reduction policies among public sector employees by announcing a road map or how to recover these loans to employees in terms of time, amount, or loan recovery installments, and determining the benefits of these loans.
